'The Awakening' of the Goth scene has happened

Red Sun Revival have released their music video for 'The Awakening', taken from their latest album ‘Identities’. Directed and produced by Gabriel Edvy of Blackswitch Labs and featuring great performances by Iluá Hauck da Silva and Brenno Balbino, This is a video that you must see, with the song going back to the 90's Goth sound in a very traditional way.

Red sun Revival have also welcomed new permanent band member Simon Rippin (Drums) to the band. Simon previously recorded drums on Red sun Revival's 2014 EP 'Embers' as well as 2015 album 'Identities'. He has been touring with Red sun Revival as guest drummer since 2015.

Simon was a founding member of NFD and Sensorium, and also played with Nefilim, Fields of the Nephilim as well as Adoration and Thanateros. He also drums with The Eden House and Grooving in Green, and is guest drummer for The Last Dance. Over the last thirty five years he has built up an extensive list of recording credits and live performances and he continues to be an active session drummer.
